Next Door Distribution (NDD) and New Door Installation (NDI), opened for business in 2007. NDD’s legacy dates back to the early 1900’s in Bronx, New York.  With door DNA running through the heart of NDD, today’s organizational strengths lie in advanced methods, trained staff, and a reputation for "on time and correct" service.

Next Door Distribution sells Division 8 – commercial doors and hardware, for use in commercial, residential and institutional construction for both new and aftermarket segments. NDD’s Miramar operation, located at the gateway to the Caribbean and South America, also covers Florida and the southeastern USA seaboard.  Bilingual (English – Spanish). Our NDI arm provides labor only subcontractor services including Door & Hardware Installation, Wood trim Supply & Installation, and Division 10, for Commercial and Institutional Construction in the South Florida and Caribbean markets.

The market advantage considered most beneficial by our Customers, is the ability to deliver fast-track hollow metal and special frame profiles that are manufactured locally by Next Door Company, our dedicated resource for special hollow metal requirements. We are proud members of the Unified Door and Hardware group and feel Next Door Distribution’s depth of tribal knowledge within steel door manufacturing, gives Customers an underlying level of engineering solutions that is not often found in typical Division 8 distributors.

We are licensed and insured to perform services throughout Florida with our State Certified General Contractor’s license, Finish Carpentry license in Broward County, and Door Contractor license in Miami-Dade County.  Some of our current clients include Coastal Construction, Suffolk Construction, John Morarity & Associates, and Plaza Construction.  We have formed unique working relationships with major general contractor’s, developers and building owners.  We have certified Architectural Hardware Consultants (AHC) on staff.
